What is pcb.express?
pcb.express is a PCB quote calculator and Gerber pre-check platform developed by Takyon Ai Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Prepare quotes for 2, 4 and 6 layer boards from your Gerber files and compare how manufacturing options affect cost.
Which files should I upload?
Gerber (RS-274X) and Excellon drill files in a single .zip. We recognise KiCad, Altium and Eagle naming and read the layer count and size from the file.
What does the price include?
The price includes manufacturing, electrical testing on every board, and shipping. The price you see is the price you pay.
How is the delivery date calculated?
Standard and Express use business days and Turkish public holidays; Economy uses calendar days. We apply the 15:00 Turkey-time cut-off. The 'by' date and the step-by-step arithmetic sit next to the board.
Does the pre-check approve my board for manufacturing?
No. Detected layers, dimensions and drill information are compared with your selections. The pre-check does not fully check trace/space, annular rings, edge clearance or solder mask. Run DRC in your design tool; manufacturing requires a separate file review.
