What we collect and why
The e-mail address you leave on the site, the board specification you enter when ordering (layers, size, quantity, options, price) and a technical summary of the production files you upload. Purpose: to tell you when orders open, to tie the first-order discount to your address, and to understand which boards are wanted so we can plan the service. Your files are processed only for the quote and the pre-check; nothing else.
Legal basis
Your consent (notification and discount) under Article 5/1 of Turkish data protection law No. 6698 (KVKK), and steps taken before a contract (the quote) under Article 5/2-c. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
Who it is shared with
Nobody. It is not sold. Data is stored on servers inside the European Union; apart from the hosting provider there is no transfer to third parties. Server access logs are handed to the competent authorities when the law requires it.
Site analytics
To see where visitors get stuck we use PostHog, hosted in the European Union. It records page views, clicks and a replay of the session in which everything you type is masked. No cookie or browser storage is set for this, so nothing follows you between visits. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the service (Article 5/2-f). Write to [email protected] to have a session deleted.
Server access logs
For every request to the site the server records the IP address, date and time, the address requested, the response, the browser and the referring page. Purpose: obligations under Law No. 5651 on internet publications, the security of the service and detecting misuse. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation and our legitimate interest in security (KVKK Article 5/2-ç and 5/2-f). The logs are opened only for a security investigation or at the request of the authorities.
How long we keep it
The e-mail address until orders open and the notification is sent, at most 12 months; quote and file summaries for statistics, at most 24 months; server access logs 2 years. Deleted afterwards.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object. Requests go to [email protected] and are answered within 30 days.
